The letter arrived.
The deal is already filled in.

Ekspedo reads the letters from your customers and carriers, lays them out into a deal card and writes the reply in the language they wrote in. You check it and press send.

One request. Ten fields. One question back.

This is what handling a request looks like when there is nobody at the keyboard.

every missing question at once, not one at a time

A dispatcher spends the day on what nobody needs to do by hand.

Real forwarding correspondence, sorted by what repeats in every deal.

The customer writes «we need a truck to Italy on Wednesday», and the dispatcher asks five questions in a row — one per letter.

The assistant pulls out everything that is there and asks every missing question in one letter.

«Where is the truck?» is the commonest question. It is answered from memory, after ringing the driver.

The answer goes out with the place, the time and when it will arrive — from the data, not from your head.

Waiting time at a warehouse cannot be proved: nobody wrote down when the truck came and left.

Time at the stops records itself, and what is over the free hours is counted before the argument, not after.

Everything in the work, on one board.

Every deal is eleven statuses from request to close. The assistant moves it along itself until it reaches what only a person decides.

What stays with you

The assistant replaces the keyboard, not the dispatcher. There are things it never does.

  • Money. Every price is marked «check» until you confirm it. Without that the deal does not move.
  • Sending. No letter leaves without your button.
  • The contested. Claims, lawyers, sanctions, prepayment — the assistant stops and calls you.
  • Your edits. A field you corrected by hand is never quietly written over.

It connects in ten minutes to the mailbox you already have.

Nothing moves house. The letters stay in your mailbox; Ekspedo reads them and prepares the answers.
